Every JAEGER product is designed and developed in Switzerland. The proximity to the lake proves to be an ideal location for extensively testing prototypes and bringing them to their final form.
ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY MATERIALS
From the handle to the tip, we rely on the many years of experience of the world's leading manufacturers from Japan for the main components of our products. Our carbon comes from Toray and rings and reel holders from the traditional company Fuji.
TARGETED COMPOSITION
We use the best possible rubber mixtures for the JAEGER rubber baits. BPA and phthalate free. Enriched with salt and natural flavors. The focus is on continuous further development.
EVERY ROD IS HAND ASSEMBLED
Toray's cut raw material is coiled and shaped under pressure. After a special plastic band has been put on, the blank is heated in the oven and then finished. The rods are then carefully fitted with the guides and reel seat and undergo a series of quality checks.
HIGHEST PRECISION
The plastic mixture is injected into the specially made metal molds using an injection molding process. For the highest possible precision, these molds are made of aluminum and cooled with water during the process.
