Flat Rate Shipping 4.95 EUR – Free shipping from 99 EUR in Germany & Austria

Our JAEGER products are shipped within the EU with our shipping partner DHL. Every one of our packages is hand-packed with a touch of love.

You will usually receive your desired items from Monday to Saturday within 1-3 business days (Germany). In the rest of the EU, shipping may take a little longer (between 2-8 days).

Shipping Costs

🇩🇪🇱🇻 Within Germany & Austria: Shipping up to a value of 99 EUR costs 4.95 EUR. From 99 EUR, shipping is free.

🇪🇺 For packages within the EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Netherlands) we charge a flat rate of 7.90 EUR to cover part of the shipping costs on our side.

For packages outside the EU, we charge a flat rate of 20 EUR.

Returns

JAEGER is committed to processing the highest quality materials into excellent products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Please proceed as follows.

  1. Register the return by email at: info@jaeger-fishing.com
  2. We will send you a return label.
  3. Pack the item well and include a note with your sender information, reason for return, and order number (starts with #). The order number is very important for correct processing.
  4. Drop off the package at a collection point. The package will automatically be sent to our logistics center.
  5. We will check the returned goods and initiate the refund process.
